"YOUR country needs YOU
Kids play, a marching band approaches playing the usual jingoistic pomp and in the sky, Spitfires roar overhead. An ominous rumble and an air-raid siren sound, quiet & distant at first, but increasing slowly until the children can hardly be heard at all. Amongst this the sounds of modern warfare (guns, explosions, etc) increase into a deafening wall of noise. This continues until almost untolerable before slowly fading back until again we hear the kids at play. Then planes, explosion and the kids too are silent. (This description is a guide to how it was concieved to be orchestrated, obviously any intepretation is as valid.)
